Suitable for printing laminated packaging such as milk powder packaging, labels, bags, popsicle snacks.
- Graphic ink used in flexographic machines.
- Developed for structure of Polyester Film (PET / PE, Metallized PET / PE and PET / Aluminum / PE) and Bioriented Polypropylene and Polyethylene films. Has excellent printability (designed for high speed printers), good gloss and excellent drying. Has the highest delamination force compared to conventional lines and low residual solvent. Also suitable for external printing when added with Converter Solution or Slip Additive, providing excellent low temperature and high humidity resistance, abrasion resistance, water, milk and wet blocking resistance.
- Suitable for printing laminated packaging such as milk powder packaging, labels, bags, popsicle snacks. For application on Saran PET and metallised BOPP, indicate color catalysis with High Performance Additive (Code: 036214-30), adding 2% on the paint mass.
- For use on external printings should be added 5% with Slip Additive (Code: 037007-30), thus suitable for printing on polypropylene and external polyethylene film, packaging requiring low temperature and high humidity resistance, and cereal packages, except cornmeal and parboiled rice. Suitable for printing packages exposed to low temperatures for packaging perishable products, like milk, cheese, poultry slaughtered, fresh pasta.
- Not recommended to use Ruby Red (PR 57:1), Red Lacquer-C (PR 53: 1), Violet Fanal (PV3) and Pink Fanal (PR 81) for dairy drinks.
- In dairy drinks we suggest using a resistance varnish over printing.
