Chemical Coating PK3000

Product for use in flexographic printing for aesthetic effect. Developed for Bioriented Polypropylene (BOPP), Polyester (PET - Chemical Treatment), Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) films. Over print varnish that promotes excellent gloss and abrasion resistance to packaging. After catalysis, it is able to promote resistance to water, alcohol, ethyl acetate and chemical resistance, as fabric softener, bleach, sodium hypochlorite (bleach), yogurt, milk and laundry soap. Provides brightness, transparency, grip. Optimum heat resistance after full cure, withstands up to 200ºC to 1.5 ”with 2 kg pressure (sealing simulation).
